Tony Hoogendoorn, the owner and founder of the company Tojo Dutch Police Dogs, manage this company with passion with a group employees. All have been experienced doghandlers at security companies or policedepartments. Therefore experience with testing, selecting and training of future police servicedogs is largely present. Of course every dog is personally tested and selected by Tony Hoogendoorn for 1 of our trainingcourses.

To get a better look on different techniques and to keep the "know-how” up to date for training future police servicedogs, Tony Hoogendoorn gained his experience in several disciplines of the dog sport, oa. IPO, KNPV, Ringsport. In these disciplines he has certified several dogs. Because of this experience he has given many seminars for law enforcement and government agencies. Because of these longterm relationships with these agencies Tony Hoogendoorn is a respected dogtrainer worldwide.

Due to the fact that Tony Hoogendoorn stayed in the United States for years he knows what an American police service dog should be all about.
